Behind the scenes
- This episode acts as a sequel to the Birdman episode "Murro the Marauder", which was made in 1967, and is stated to have happened the same year.
- The janitor at Sebben & Sebben also works at Boobies.
- Droopy is still smiling due to his botox mishap from "Droopy Botox".
- The Speed Racer property as a whole is not licensed to either Warner Bros. (although they were working on a film at the time) or Turner, although the original anime had been airing on Cartoon Network and Boomerang. At the time, the American license was owned by Speed Racer Enterprises.

- Ouweleer, Richter, and Higgins provide audio commentary for this episode on DVD releases.
