Harry and Charlie were two thieves who appeared in the book, Huckleberry Hound: The Case of the Friendly Monster.
They were later arrested and it's unknown what came of them afterward.

- Their designs were copied from Hokey Wolf and Ding-a-Ling from the Hokey Wolf shorts of The Huckleberry Hound Show.
