Bubbles is a member of the Neptunes who plays the keyboard and stars in the Jabberjaw animated television series. She is voiced by Julie McWhirter Dees.
Character description
Bubbles is a teenage girl with blonde, curly hair. She is portrayed as extremely ditzy and dimwitted, and she giggles a lot. Shelly sometimes nicknames her "Ding-a-Ling" or "Bubblehead". Whenever she volunteers to help, she usually ends up messing it up.

Bubbles and the Neptunes appeared in the episode "Shoyu Weenie", in which, after the Chan Clan discover that Jabberjaw and the Neptunes have stolen their hit single and decide to take their case to a higher power. When he's not available, they settle for Harvey.
