Harvey Comics was an American comic book publisher known for their library of children's comics characters, notably Casper the Friendly Ghost and Richie Rich. They were founded by Alfred Harvey in 1941, after buying out the small publisher Brookwood Publications.

Casper and Richie were adapted into animated television series by Hanna-Barbera during the early 1980s, as Casper and the Angels and Richie Rich, respectively.
