"The Old Cat and Mouse Game" is the second episode (part two) episode of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo season two, and the eighteenth overall, although it originally came as part of The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show. While traveling in the Andes for some reason, Shaggy and the Doos find a hidden palace inhabited by a cat-man who has a shrinking pool. The guys accidentally take a dip and are then chased by his Siamese cat.
