"The Liberty Bell Caper" is the twelfth episode of The Funky Phantom season one. It aired on November 27, 1971 on ABC. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
A notorious crook called the Parafiend steals an original USA Flag made by Betsy Ross, and leaves a poem riddle for his next caper, the Funky Phantom Crew soon figure out that his next target is the Liberty Bell.
