I prefer not to list fictional characters in the characters list unless they actually appear. I'm not really sure how to handle this episode because Sherlock was real before this episode, but now he's fake, and they mention Watson, Mrs. Hudson, and Mycroft. -- MisterJames (talk) 20:32, 4 December 2020 (UTC)
