Scooby-Doo is an American ongoing supernatural/mystery comic book series by Marvel Comics who published nine issues from 1977 to 1978. It is based on the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! TV series that aired from 1969 to 1970. They were written by Mark Evanier, and drawn by Dan Spiegle.

Production

The first seven issues included a prelude story for each Dynomutt comic, which was also published by Marvel Comics. Likewise, the Dynomutt comics also included a prelude story to set up each Scooby-Doo comic, although was required reading to understand either series' story. Evanier didn't like this idea, but was forced to go along with it as a business decision from guy who he didn't believe he knew anything about comic books.[1]
