Detailed summary
The episode opens in Pacland, where Pac-Man is getting chased by the Ghost Monsters, Clyde, Pinky, Inky, and Blinky. Pac-Man mentions that he is running out of "Pac-Power", and needs some Power Pellets to replenish his energy. While the other four ghosts are busy, Sue hides out and launches Pac-Man into the sky with a pipe trap. As Pac-Man lands in the garbage cans, the ghosts threaten to chomp him for good. Ms. Pac-Man enters the scene, and gives her husband a boost in energy after pulling a vending machine full of Power Pellets. Pac-Man eats the Power Pellets, and the two chomp the Ghost Monsters.
As the defeated ghosts return to the Lava Lair, their master, Mezmaron tells them that he knew that they fumbled again, as he saw the entire thing on his Pacland Spy Satellite. After Clyde reminds his boss that Pac-Man is the Power Forest's security chief, Mezmaron then devises a plan for his minions, where they take over the Yellow House, which houses the Pac-President. His plan is that Pac-Man will be forced to reveal the location of the Power Forest once the Pac-President is held ransom. The ghosts manage to enter the location, via a storm drain, and televise their abduction of the Pac-President after chomping him. Pac-Man sees the broadcast and immediately jumps to action, informing his boss Grump that he will "take care of everything" after being reminded that the Power Forest is the sole source of Pacland's energy.
Pac-Man enters the Yellow House, and the Ghost Monsters immediately chase him around. Pac-Man uses an inflatable decoy as a diversion for the ghosts. While they are distracted, Pac-Man uses this time to free the Pac-President and replenish his energy with his last Power Pellet. With Pac-Man having nowhere to go, the ghosts demand to know where the Power Forest is. Pac-Man refuses, and the ghosts use Pinky as a hot air balloon to send the Yellow House in the sky. Afterwards, Pac-Man finally spills the beans, and tells the them that the Power Forest is over the blue hills hidden in the Pac-palm trees.
Pinky finally sets the Yellow House down, and reverts to his normal size. After he gloats about how Mezmaron would be proud of him and the other ghosts, a shadow is casted upon our heroes, which is revealed to be Mezmaron. Pac-Man tells him that the forest is on the other side of the trees. As Mezmaron picks up a Power Pellet Tree, it is revealed to be a fake, and he yells that he has been tricked. Knowing he fell right into the trap, Pac-Man whistles and a group of Pac-People start chomping on Mezmaron. With Mezmaron retreating, Ms. Pac-Man reveals she had a basket of Power Pellets for her and Pac-Man to power up and chomp the Ghost Monsters. After the two and the Pac-President chomp the ghost monsters, Mezmaron flees as he is still being chomped by the Pac-People. With the enemies defeated, Pac-Man asks Ms. Pac-Man what they are having for dinner. She mentions they are having Power Pellets for dinner again, much to Pac-Man's disappointment. As the two walk into the sunset, Ms. Pac-Man mentions that he could have them any way he likes, with variations like "Power Pellets with chocolate sauce" and "Power Pellet Pie".
