The Pink Panther is a silent anthropomorphic panther, and the title character of the Pink Panther and Sons animated television series.

The famous film and TV star Pink Panther has become somewhat domesticated when he fathers two sons, Pinky and Panky. There is no mother to speak of.

The Pink Panther is a loving and caring father, but he also spends as much time, possibly even more, on himself, to the point where it's implied that he would leave his sons without parental supervision for days, perhaps even weeks.[1][2]

  • In The Cleveland Show episode "Wheel! Of! Family!," Robert and Dee Dee christen their newly adopted Chinese son, changing his name from Quang Quang to Hong Kong Phooey. Robert asks Cleveland if he remembers him, but Cleveland responds with "Was that the Pinker[sic] Panther?"
