In a fantasy of Freddy's where Bedrock was Bedrockburg and Mica Slaghoople's Pebble Patch doll had been reimagined as Frankenpebble, Philo acted as the burgermeister.

He watched an episode of Captain Caveman and Son called "Freezy Does It."

• At one point in "Curse of the Gemstone Diamond," Mrs. Quartz refers to Officer Quartz as Philo, but their son has never been referred to as Philo Junior.
