Norma MacMillan was a Canadian actress, best known for voicing numerous characters in animation and claymation.
MacMillan died on March 16, 2001 at the age of 79.

Mighty Mightor
- Little Rok in the Mighty Mightor shorts of Moby Dick and Mighty Mightor (1967-1968).

MacMillan is notable for providing numerous voices, such as Casper the Friendly Ghost on The New Casper Cartoon Show for Paramount Cartoon Studios, Gumby on Art Clokey's The Gumby Show, Sweet Polly Purebred on Total Television's The Underdog Show, and Davey during the remaining two seasons of the claymation series Davey and Goliath.
