Mr. Bricker is the father of Betty Rubble in The Flintstone Kids animated TV series. He is voiced by Frank Welker.
Mr. Bricker and Mrs. Bricker raised Betty, along with her older brother, Brad, before Betty got married to Barney and moved next door to Fred and Wilma Flintstone. It's implied they didn't make as much as the other families who live in their own houses, as they lived in Rock Tower Apartments.
