Marshall Efron was an American actor and humorist. For the Hanna-Barbera animation production company, he provided the voices of Ratso on Dirty Dawg, Flake Furgle on Trollkins and Mooch on The Biskitts.

Marshall died on September 30, 2019 at the age of 81.
