Crook Who Cried Wolf is the thirty-eighth animated theatrical short of the Loopy De Loop series. It was distributed by Columbia Pictures on December 12, 1963. It was written by Dalton Sandifer and was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Crooks hide out in a cave where Loopy is launched into, at first, they believe it's Big Louie, but once they find out it's an actual wolf, they use him as bate for the cops.
