"The Prince and the Chicken of Doom" is the third episode of The Heroic Quest of the Valiant Prince Ivandoe season one, and the third episode overall. It aired on December 6, 2022 on Cartoon Network in Italy. It was written by the series creators, Christian Bøving-Andersen, Eva Lee Wallberg, and Daniel Lennard, directed by Bøving-Andersen and Wallberg, and voice directed by Giles New.

Ivandoe saves the life of a bard who in exchange sings about his life, but not in the heroic way Ivandoe would hope. The only way to get rid of the bard is for him to save Ivandoe's life, but it backfires every time.
