According to Yowp, originally Hokey was supposed to be named "Wacko Wolf" but a similar looking character from Bozo: The World's Most Famous Clown was already using that name and that's why it was changed. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 17:53, 24 September 2020 (UTC)

I hope WB decides to release the complete series onto DVD. I think their planning to because two of Hokey's episodes were on the DVD, "Best of Warner Bros. 25 Cartoon Collection: Hanna-Barbera" and some of Loopy De Loop's shorts were on there only later for WB to release the entire series of Loopy on DVD so I don't see a reason why this one can't have it's own. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 19:45, 11 October 2020 (UTC)

Technically, this isn't its own TV series, the same way Arabian Knights isn't a TV series in its own right, but the fact that they can air independently kinda makes it work. -- MisterJames (talk) 20:18, 19 September 2020 (UTC)

Exactly, the segment isn't in it's own television series. But, even if it's not, it would still make sense to cover the segment under it's own page. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 20:23, 19 September 2020 (UTC)

28 episodes

There were 28 episodes of this segment. A mystery often listed episode titled "Boobs in the Woods" is just the working title of the episode "Bean Pod'ners". -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 20:32, 19 September 2020 (UTC)

According to Yowp, Hokey and Ding's model sheets were drawn by Dick Bickenbach. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 19:26, 22 September 2020 (UTC)
That would be a fine addition to the development sections. -- MisterJames (talk) 21:53, 22 September 2020 (UTC)

Is it Hokey or is it Wacko?
