I don't know, I guess it's implied that Daddy acts like this is a natural thing, but then maybe he's just commenting on the fact that Augie is just getting to that age where he is being noticed by girls. It's too speculatory. -- MisterJames (talk) 23:08, 30 November 2020 (UTC)
