"Patient Pop" is the eleventh episode of Augie Doggie and Doggie Daddy season two, and the thirty-first overall, which came as part of The Quick Draw McGraw Show. It aired in the week of November 28, 1960 in first-run syndication. It was written by Michael Maltese, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
Doggie Daddy, not wanting to disappoint Augie, recovers in bed after stubbing his toe, but a neighborhood cat takes advantage of this for free steaks.
