Joseph "Joe" Flaherty was an American actor, writer, and comedian, best known for his sketch characters Count Floyd, Guy Caballero, and Big Jim McBob in the Canadian TV series SCTV, and Linda Cardellini's father, Harold Weir, in the NBC drama series Freak and Geeks.

Flaherty reprised the role of Count Floyd in live-action segments of Hanna-Barbera's animated series The Completely Mental Misadventures of Ed Grimley.

Flaherty died on April 1, 2024 at the age of 82 after a short illness.
