Jewel Franklin Guy, known professionally as James Best, was an American television, film, stage, and voice actor. For the Hanna-Barbera animation production company, he provided the voice of Rosco P. Coltrane on The Dukes.
Best died on April 6, 2015 from complications of pneumonia at the age of 88.
