Sylvester Sneekly, otherwise known by his secret identity as the Hooded Claw, is the main antagonist of the animated series The Perils of Penelope Pitstop. His voice was originated by Paul Lynde.

Sneekly is the supposed guardian and lawyer of heiress Penelope Pitstop, but when she's not looking, he switches his dual persona in order to capture her. He attempts to kill Penelope and gain the money inherited by her family fortune, but his plans would be squandered by the rescue of the Ant Hill Mob (and sometimes Penelope escaping from his devilish schemes).
