Dino is a character in the Flintstones franchise. He was originally voiced by Mel Blanc.
Dino is the pet Snorkasaurus of the Flintstones family. He was originally owned by both Fred and Wilma, with his adoration of Fred making him more of a pest than a pet at times. In The Flintstones Kids, it was retconned that Fred had owned Dino since childhood.
In the 2016 reboot by DC Comics, Dino was depicted as a pet simply due to his ineffectiveness as an appliance, which all animals are in the world of Flintstones.
