"Bean Pod'ners" is the seventh episode of Hokey Wolf season one, and came as part of The Huckleberry Hound Show. It first aired on August 24, 1961 on NBC. It was written by Tony Benedict, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
After throwing beans Ding-a-Ling gave him out the window, a beanstalk grows outside of Hokey's cave, which Hokey and Ding-a-Ling climb to so they could become "astronauts", but instead, they encounter a friendly "Big Bad Giant" and his dog.
