Tom & Jerry is a 2020 live-action/CGI slapstick comedy film based on the animated Tom and Jerry theatrical shorts. A film was first announced in 2015, but didn't get real traction until 2018, when Tim Story was announced as director, using a script by Craig Wright, Katie Silberman, April Posser, and Kevin Costello. It will be distributed to theaters by Warner Bros. Pictures on March 5, 2021.
In fear of losing her job at a swanky hotel Jerry is staying at, Kayla hires Tom to get rid of him. But she has more to worry about when her manager gets jealous of her good work.
