Harry and Charlie were two thieves who appeared in the book,Huckleberry Hound: "The Case of the Friendly Monster".
They were later arrested and it's unknown what came of them afterwards.

- They have a striking resemblance to Hokey Wolf and Ding-a-Ling from the Hokey Wolf shorts of The Huckleberry Hound Show.
