The title card on the DVD has the same as "Demon in the Bottle." I don't know if this is a mistake from Warner Archive, but I don't think so because I can't find any title card that says "Demon in the Bottle Returns," and a video I found online, which didn't seem to be a copy of Warner Archive's DVD, also had the same problem of using "Demon in the Bottle." So, it may have been a mistake of Hanna-Barbera's.
