Hi there. The screencap of the first Dirty Dawg short called Dirty's Debut appears to be taken from Kimcartoon.
I think there should be a better quality version of that which appears on the Warner Archive DVD of The Kwicky Koala Show: The Complete Series which was released in North America on October 11. 2016.
It's just my suggestion.
