Tale of a Wolf is the third animated theatrical short of the Loopy De Loop series. It was distributed by Columbia Pictures on March 3, 1960. It was written by Warren Foster and was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Loopy attempts to stop a little wolf from stealing farm animals which are under the watch of a watchdog.
