Shelly is a member of the Neptunes who plays the tambourine and stars in the Jabberjaw animated television series. She is voiced by Pat Parris.
Shelly will also appear in the upcoming HBO Max original series Jellystone![1]
Character description
A dark-haired young woman who plays tambourine and sings backup vocals for The Neptunes and is Biff's girlfriend. She is attractive and intelligent, but haughty, vain and abrasive and considers herself to be the star of the band.

Shelly is set to appear in the upcoming HBO Max original series Jellystone! alongside Jabberjaw and the Neptunes

Shelly and the Neptune's appeared in the season 1 episode 5 titled: "Shoyu Weenie".
in the episode, the Chan Clan discover that Jabberjaw and the Neptunes have stolen their hit single and decide to take their case to a higher power. When the higher power is not available, they settle for Harvey.
