Biff is the leader of the Neptunes who plays the lead guitar and stars in the Jabberjaw animated television series. He is voiced by Tommy Cook.
Biff will also appear in the upcoming HBO Max original series Jellystone![1]
Character description
An athletic, handsome, brown-haired young man who is the band's guitar player and level-headed leader who books all the gigs. In many episodes, his hair is drawn black. His main catchphrase is "Jumpin' jellyfish!" (occasionally, "Hoppin' halibut!")
