Biography

In a fantasy of Freddy's where Bedrock was Bedrockburg and Mica Slaghoople's Pebble Patch doll had been reimagined as Frankenpebble, Philo acted as the burgermeister.[2]

He watched an episode of Captain Caveman and Son called "Freezy Does It".[3]

Behind the scenes

  • At one point in "Curse of the Gemstone Diamond", Mrs. Quartz refers to Officer Quartz as Philo, but their son has never been referred to as Philo Junior.
