Philo Quartz is a supporting character and one of the Bedrock children in The Flintstone Kids animated TV series. He also appeared as an adult in the TV movie A Flintstones Christmas Carol. Bumper Robinson voiced Philo as a kid, while Rene Levant voiced him as an adult.

Biography

In a fantasy of Freddy's where Bedrock was Bedrockburg and Mica Slaghoople's Pebble Patch doll had been reimagined as Frankenpebble, Philo acted as the burgermeister.

He watched an episode of Captain Caveman and Son called "Freezy Does It".

Behind the scenes

• At one point in "Curse of the Gemstone Diamond", Mrs. Quartz refers to Officer Quartz as Philo, but their son has never been referred to as Philo Junior.
