Philo Quartz is a supporting character and one of the Bedrock children in The Flintstone Kids animated TV series. He also appeared as an adult in the TV movie A Flintstones Christmas Carol. Bumper Robinson voiced him as a kid, and Rene Levant voiced Philo as an adult.

Biography
In a fantasy of Freddy's where Bedrock was Bedrockburg and Mica Slaghoople's Pebble Patch doll had been reimagined as Frankenpebble, Philo acted as the burgermeister.[2]
He watched an episode of Captain Caveman and Son called "Freezy Does It".[3]
