: The Mrs. Two Shoes of ''Tom and Jerry Tales'' is referred to by name in the credits of her appearances. But personally, I don't think she is the same character as Mammy Two Shoes from the original cartoons. She may have both "Two Shoes" in her name and the same personality, but in my opinion, she is completely seprate from than the one she's based on. The only difference between these characters (apart from their ethnicity) is that the Two Shoes from ''Tales'' is less likely to commit animal abuse on Tom, whereas the Two Shoes from the original shorts did so a few times. Hello there MisterJames, you forgot to mention that Mammy Two Shoes who appears in the Tom and Jerry shorts from 1940 to 1952 is also redubbed by Thea Vidale as well in the redubbed versions of these aforementioned shorts by Turner as well. I just thought i'd let you know. --Michael (talk) 01:51, 18 May 2022 (UTC)

Sorry. I didn't know anything about the Thea Vidale redubs, and still don't. -- Signed by James (talk) 20:58, 9 May 2023 (UTC)

Mrs. Two Shoes

Admittedly I didn't make the connection when first seeing her, but the white woman from the waist down in Tom and Jerry Tales is apparently called Mrs. Two Shoes, but I've never done any research to confirm it. -- Signed by James (talk) 21:00, 9 May 2023 (UTC)

The Mrs. Two Shoes of Tom and Jerry Tales is referred to by name in the credits of her appearances. But personally, I don't think she is the same character as Mammy Two Shoes from the original cartoons. She may have both "Two Shoes" in her name and the same personality, but in my opinion, she is completely seprate from than the one she's based on. The only difference between these characters (apart from their ethnicity) is that the Two Shoes from Tales is less likely to commit animal abuse on Tom, whereas the Two Shoes from the original shorts did so a few times. In the episode "Ho Ho Horrors", Mrs. Two Shoes is implied to have a family (as seen by photos of her, a man and a boy from the waist down), while Mammy is supposedly single. -- QuestJ65 (talk) 21:44, 9 May 2023 (UTC)
