Mr. T is an American actor, television personality, and former wrestler, best known for eccentric style and tough guy persona, highlighted by his Mandinka-inspired hair, his gold jewelry, and trending the catchphrase, "I pity the fool!" He became a household name when he played the role of B.A. Barcus in the 1980s TV series The A Team.

Other roles

His breakthrough role first came in 1982, when he was Rocky Balboa's boxing rival Clubber Lang in the film Rocky III, which was followed by the aforementioned The A Team, then his vehicle TV show T. and T., which aired from 1987 to 1990. He also had his own cartoon Mister T, produced by Ruby-Spears, which aired from 1983 to 1985. He's also voiced other animated caricatures of himself in House of Mouse and The Simpsons. Perhaps predictably and inevitably, Mr. T had his own reality show, I Pity Fool, to reignite his career, although rather embarrassingly, it only lasted six episodes, which may be due to the fact it was rather wholesome, since he travelled cross country to help people sort out their differences. He was also a dancer in the 24th season of Dancing with the Stars, which is a whole other embarrassment in and of itself.
