You copied that description for "Toots the Terrible" from Wikipedia, which is not encouraged or appreciated. Short descriptions like that should also be above the detailed summary section, not to be a part of it. Also, the quotes shouldn't be in bullet points. If it's a conversation between two or more characters then at the end of each line, it should be followed with "
