"The New Colossus" is an object in "The New York Underground!", an episode of the Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? animated TV series.
It is based on the real-world sonnet by the American poet Emma Lazarus, written in 1883, to raise money for the construction of a pedestal for the Statue of Liberty.
