Since Allan Alcorn is only referred to by name once, and this was by himself, as Mr. Pong, I guess Allan Alcorn was actually playing a character. He created Pong, which seems to just be used as a wink when Moltar plays this. I asked him on Twitter, so maybe that will help us.
