"Sand Castle Surprise" is the fourth episode of Cave Kids season one. It aired on October 12, 1996 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Bruce Talkington, and produced and directed by Marija Miletic Dail.

A sand castle built by Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm creates a world that is ruled by a timid crab king who has been challenged by a tough starfish.
