Robodrone

Robodrones are tiny robots in "A Run Cycle Through Time!," an episode of the Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? animated TV series. They aren't sentient, but do have programmed voices, which are performed by Frank Welker and Grey Griffin.

They were created by Malcolm McDowell.
