Mr. Slaghoople is the father of Wilma Flintstone in The Flintstone Kids animated TV series. He is voiced by Michael Rye. There was also a live-action incarnation called Colonel Slaghoople, played by Harvey Korman, in the film The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.

Unlike the other fathers, Mr. Slaghoople was a stay-at-home father. His wife, Pearl, was the breadwinner, instead. They raised Wilma, along with her younger fraternal twin sisters, Mickey and Mica, before Wilma got married to Fred and moved next door to Barney and Betty Rubble.
