The Heap Diamond is an object in "Alley Oops!," the second comic story in Cartoon Network Presents Issue #1.
History
Top Cat has a dream where he finds the Heap Diamond in a trash can. The owner comes along and rewards him fabulously with bags of money.
Later, while Top Cat is awake he finds the Heap Diamond for real, which he believes the reward will save Hoagy's Alley from being torn down for a line of condos, but unfortunately for Top Cat, the owner only rewards him with one measly dollar this time.
