You're gonna have to leave "Slumber Party Smarty" alone regarding the animator. On Yowp's blog it says Kenneth Muse. This is trusted and valued source of information, not just some know it all big headed Wikipedia user, which is what I have seen. It might look like Lewis Marshall to you, but we can't confirm that, but Yowp's blog is its own dedicated blog where the guy goes out of his way to even reach out to people who have connections.
