William December Williams Jr. is an American actor, novelist and painter.

He famously played Lando Calrissian in the Star Wars films, beginning with The Empire Stikes Back in 1980. In the 1985 crime drama series Double Dare, he played the lead role of Billy Diamond. Williams had a cameo as Harvey Dent in the 1989 movie Batman, setting up the potential for him to play Harvey's villainous alter ego, Two Face, but this was not to be. In The LEGO Batman Movie, he was the voice of Two-Face. In 2017, however, Williams did get to play Two Face or at least provide the voice for an animated Two Face in The Lego Batman Movie.
