Young Samson, also known as Young Samson and Goliath, is an American animated fantasy television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions for NBC's Saturday morning children's programming. It ran from 1967 to 1968, airing 20 episodes.
The series has had a couple of pratfalls. The first was having the initial name of the series being called Samson & Goliath, but was changed to avoid confusion with the Christian stop motion series Davey & Goliath, while the other was when Young Samson should be packaged together with The Space Kidettes, but in order to do that some genius decided that the master copies should be shortened in length, leaving the syndicated edits as the only extant broadcast quality versions of the episodes.
The entire series has been released on DVD.
