Tom and Jerry Junior is the working title for an animated educational/musical series of shorts produced by Warner Animation for Cartoon Network and HBO Max's Cartoonito children's block. It is the eighth Tom and Jerry series after Hanna-Barbera's The Tom & Jerry Show.

Tom and Jerry will continue their chase on a preschool level.

Production

Development

The series was announced to be in development on February 17, 2021, as a result of Tom Ascheim joining WarnerMedia as President of its Global Kids, Young Adults, Classics division.[1] A promotional logo was revealed a few days later.[2]
