The Powerpuff Girls is an American animated superhero-comedy TV series produced by Cartoon Network Studios for their own Cartoon Network. It ran from 2016 to 2019, airing 119 episodes. It is the second Powerpuff Girls series after the first series to be called The Powerpuff Girls.
It's essentially just an updated version of the original series, with more emphasis put on the comedy of the Powerpuff Girls, three six-year-old girls, who were accidentally created in a laboratory with extraordinary powers they use to protect Townsville from the supervillains who run amuck.
In 2016, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup were guest stars in the Teen Titans Go! episode "TTG v PPG."
