"Stay Awake or Else..." is the third and final part of episode one of The Tom & Jerry Show season one, and the third episode overall. It originally came as a segment of The Tom & Jerry/Grape Ape Show. It aired on September 6, 1975 on ABC. It was directed by Charles A. Nichols, and voice directed by Alex Lovy.

After partying the night before, Tom comes back to the circus exhausted, so caring Jerry tries to keep him awake and keep his job as a janitor.
