Sneezly is an anthropomorphic seal who lives in Alaska. He stars as one of the main title characters of the Breezly and Sneezly animated television shorts. He was voiced by Mel Blanc.

Sneezly usually has less interaction to the main plot, although there is a recurring gag where he would sneeze and someone would say "Gesundheit" right after. His sneezing also seems to be pretty powerful when it comes to making heavy objects move, or even making someone be blown away.

In the first issue of the Peter Potamus Gold Key comics, his full name is revealed to be Sneezly Seal.
