"Out of This Whirl" is the twenty-third episode of Touché Turtle and Dum Dum season two, and the forty-ninth overall, which came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on August 5, 1963 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Touché is called in to protect a TV radio broadcaster after real martians threaten a radio station.
